The main aim of 4C- IT Supported Training and Coaching for Cross-Cultural Competences project is to help people to cope with difficulties inherent of mobility.
Both geographical and social mobility challenge us to step over our cultural boundaries that brings difficulties. During our project we would like to develop a complex methodology that helps people to transform these risky mobility situations into positive life experiences.
